We work with clients in a variety of settings. However, we believe our greatest contributions come from being actively present with our clients in the development and application of the interventions and solutions. This is accomplished through continual work with our clients in their workplace from design through application and evaluation.

We facilitate workshops, work with existing teams, develop new teams, and provide intensive coaching as well as interpersonal and communication skills training. In custom workshops, we utilize enjoyable and fun teaching/learning interactions developed to promote and support learning and development. In these structured workshops, we provide 1 expert faculty for every 30-35 participants. We have found this to be an optimal ratio for the interventions we provide.
